To use:  Shake well before use.  Apply Magic Liner as normal, allow to dry.  We recommend a second layer while paying attention to inner and outer corners, allow to dry.  Magic Liner will remain tacky.  Apply lashes from the inner to the outer corner and lightly press into place.  Waterproof liner for a 24-hour hold.  Remove with your favorite makeup remover, cleansing brush, and warm water.
